(CSAs) are mandated under federal law to report crimes and their locations per the Clery Act, but not investigate or determine whether an incident is actually a crime. For a list of positions designated as CSAs, please see UNF Policy 1.0120P, titled Campus Safety and Security Reporting.
"Responsible Employees"
Are required to promptly report allegations of sexual misconduct, as defined in Sexual Misconduct Regulation (1.0050R), by or against any student, employee, contractor or visitor to the Title IX Coordinator or any Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
